Hunter Rye Whiskey Advertising

A charming and distinctive piece of early 20th-century whiskey advertising, this vintage lead metal figure features a mounted huntsman tipping his top hat while riding a handsome bay horse with a white blaze. The horse is affixed to a metal display base, with HUNTER RYE prominently embossed across the front.

The reverse of the base features the original Hunter Rye Whiskey advertising inscription, identifying the blend, proof, and Hunter Rye Distillery of Baltimore, Maryland.

Believed to date from the 1920s–1930s, this collectible advertising piece has lovely character and stands upright for display. It remains in good structural condition, making it an appealing addition to a collection of equestrian memorabilia, vintage barware, or early American whiskey advertising.
